​ Is there any other way to get to Belarus without a visa?
In addition to the 30-days visa-free entry via Minsk airport there are two more ways to get into Belarus without a visa:
- a visit to Belovezha Pushcha (visa-free entry up to 10 days, entry is possible through certain border crossings only,  invitation from the administration of the National Park "Belovezha Pushcha" is required).

- a visit to the Avgustov Canal and Grodno (visa-free entry for 5 days, entry is possible through certain border crossings only (excluding entry by train), the need to purchase a tour at a Belarusian tour company). Details are here

In all the other cases a foreigner has to get a visa.

 

Visa to Belarus

To enter Belarus a foreign visitor needs a visa and a valid

passport. There are some exceptions, but only for the citizens of the

CIS, Cuba, Korea, Mongolia, Serbia and Montenegro.

Belarusian visa can be obtained at a Belarusian embassy/consulate

within 5 business days. There is also a possibility to get a visa

urgently (in 48 hours) by paying a double fee. Visas for children

under 16 are usually issued free of charge.

Registration

According to Belarusian laws a foreign visitor is required to obtain a registration in Belarus within 5 business days upon his arrival.  

A foreign citizens and stateless persons entering the Republic of Belarus through its border crossing points and temporarily (exceeding 5 days) staying in the country had to fulfil the registration process in Citizenship and Migration Offices. There’s no need in physical visit to the Office, the procedure can be handled online – the site is any device friendly – and free of charge. One can do that by the link.

If a visitor stays at the hotel after arrival there's no need in this case to obtain the registration at all as our hotels fulfil the registration form themselaves.

 

Medical insuranse for Belarus

All foreign visitors (except for the British citizens) travelling to Belarus are required to purchase a Belarusian Medical Insurance Certificate. The minimum insurance limit of responsibility is 5,000 EUR. These Medical Belarusian  Medical Certificates can be bought in Minsk-2 Airport just upon arrival. The price for this Medical Certificate is about 2 EUR/3 – 4 day stay; 3 EUR/5 – 6 day; 4 EUR/7 – 8 day; 5 EUR/9 – 10 day stay; etc. Cash only is accepted to buy it. 

 

A latter of invitation (LOI)

A Belarusian travel company has the right to issue a letter of invitation in order to invite a visitor to Belarus. Such a letter can be required to get a visa to Belarus.  The LOI must contain information about the inviting company (its name, registered address, and phone number), information about the tourist (full name, passport data, period of stay in Belarus), and list of services, ordered by the tourist. It should be issued on the letter-head and be signed and sealed.
